Dr Iain McCormick is the founder of the Executive Coaching Centre in Auckland, New Zealand. He coaches and consults to a wide range of boards of directors, chief executives and senior managers.
He has conducted over 6,000 individual and team coaching sessions over 30 years. Iain has worked with a wide range of large professional service firms, infrastructure providers and multinational corporations.
He holds a Master of Social Science with First Class Honours, a Diploma in Clinical Psychology and a PhD in organisational psychology.

Helen has a professional background and broad experience across a range of industries and organisations.
She has extensive and practical expertise across most disciplines and is highly skilled at getting to the source of business challenges.
Her proven performance in identifying initiatives that deliver business results include strategic planning, people and culture, customer experience, change management, business transformation and performance measures.
Helen's ability to identify the links between the organisation, a team and an individual’s performance ensures a holistic approach and sustainable improvements to her coaching of high-performing teams and individuals.
With a particular passion for customers she has created a model to self-assess customer centricity, developed customer strategy, created customer service excellence programmes including customer satisfaction and feedback, journey mapping and customer performance measures.
